Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Scope of Policy
- This policy applies to all purchases of digital wedding invitations made through the My Weddingly Invites iOS app.
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds can be granted only under the following conditions:- Payments made for services not delivered due to technical issues.
- Duplicate payments made by mistake.
- Refund Timeline: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date. Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained.
- Limitations
- Refunds and cancellations will not be entertained for errors caused by incorrect details provided by the user.
- Cancellation Policy
- Once payment has been made for a wedding card, cancellations are not permitted, as the service is considered completed. Users have the opportunity to edit and preview the final design multiple times before payment.
- In cases where technical issues prevent the card from being downloaded or accessed, cancellations and refunds may be considered. Partial or full refunds will be allowed within 24 hours of payment, depending on the situation.
- Process for Refunds and Cancellations
- Send an email to contact@myweddinglyinvites.com with the following details:
- Card Name
- Proof of Payment and Order ID/ Transaction ID
- Valid Reason for the Refund Request
- Your Contact Information
- Our support team will respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Customer Conduct Policy
- Unacceptable Behavior
- My Weddingly Invites reserves the right to ban or suspend any user who engages in disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to:
- Abusing or harassing other users or customer support.
- Attempting to exploit app functionalities or manipulate the service.
- Submitting false information during card creation, payment, or communication.
- Using the app for illegal activities or violating any terms set by the app.
- My Weddingly Invites reserves the right to ban or suspend any user who engages in disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to:
- Action Taken
- Users who violate this policy may have their accounts temporarily or permanently suspended.
- Any pending orders or services may be canceled without refund in the case of fraudulent activity or abuse.
- Appeal Process
- If a user feels they were wrongfully suspended or banned, they can appeal by contacting our support team at contact@myweddinglyinvites.com. All appeals will be reviewed, and the final decision will be made at our discretion.
